Buyers Agent and the Purchase Process

• We will meet at your convenience, for a confidential interview to determine your specific needs  and the unique characteristics your new property requires
  • I will explain to you the processes involved for a successful search, viewing ,offer, and purchase.
  • We will at this time, arrange an appointment to present you with a personalized list of properties,

• I will return and we will review these prospects and pick the ones you would like to view.
  • We will then formalize and sign the Buyers Agency Agreement.

• I will contact the owners of the selected properties to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for the viewing.
  • Together we will view the selected properties
  • I will work with you to prepare your offer, ensuring you have a thorough understanding of all its conditions then present the offer to our prospect for approval.
  • Using my negotiating skills and market experience this process will continue, ensuring  an offer acceptable to both parties will be achieved in the shortest possible time.
• At any time during this process I am available to list your property, and assist you with the sales process
